I topped up my new SIM today via online usingy bank card. Payment was deducted from the account. But my mobile number hasn't been topped up yet . It's 6 hours gone now after payment.

Try restarting your device and then text BA to 150, what does it say.
Are you in the UK and was the SIM activated in the UK.
