@Jhuz : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
Have you tried texting ALL PACKS to 150? What happens?

@Jhuz : When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

Last time i used was April 2023. I top up my sim and i can see on my account on ee.co.uk there is 15£ credit

That's 9 months ago. You've probably lost it completely thro' not using it.

I still receive a confirmation though i top up a credit to my account on my EE sim. Yes im in the uk right now. I couldn't have received any messages if my sim is totally dead.

Well, you might have a few days to get it back. Depends how late in Apr. '23.
