How to turn content lock off

19 REPLIES 19

I'm pay as you go

@Lucky722611 : On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Hi @CarlMiles63.

On pay as you go you'll need to call our Customer Care team or visit your local EE Store to remove content lock.

Hi @Preeceygirl36

Welcome to the community.

Are you on pay monthly or pay as you go?

Jon

I visited in store today and after an hour I could access some sites that require age verification but the content lock has not been removed.

Hi @Dannyb1980,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

It sounds like your content lock settings have been changed to moderate, rather than turned off.
