Cancelling pack from abroad

I left the UK back in June for several months and believed I'd stopped the renewal on my subscription pack... but I've just discovered it didn't go through and EE has drained the UK account I used at the time (so the last withdrawal didn't occur!).
I've seen mention of the text to 150 but it appears it's only allowed from inside the UK, I believe, and I won't be back for a while.

I can't find how to stop future EE attempting to re-up the pack on the website.
My bank account is going to have a new balance shortly - and I'm still not back in the UK and don't want EE to continue getting money for nothing 🙂

Have you tried cancelling your recurring card payment in the EE app?

I just installed the app (have to take the phone off airplane mode to use it). But I can find nowhere to cancel a recurring payment for a subscription pack.

Might it have self-cancelled when it failed to find enough in the account (in August, after it had taken two months when I wasn't in the UK)?
In order to keep the account I have added a little top-up cash, but now that I have some money in the UK bank account and I'm still not back there I don't want it to start taking a monthly sum again!
