Hi @Twebb1990,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

To change your content lock settings, please get in touch with Customer Care or visit your local EE Store with photo ID.

Thanks

James

@Twebb1990 : On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

I have 4G 120GB data only sim, I am logged in to the https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/prepaidlanding URL, and cannot see any options for changing content locks.

Also, using SMS to change the content lock does not work either.

Eg. Texting 'off' to 150 gives reply:

I'm afraid this service is temporarily unavailable. Please either visit MyEE or call 150 to manage your content lock settings.

for more information about content locks please visit ee.co.uk/contentlock

Eg. Texting 'off' to 879 gives reply:

We can't give you your Content Lock status at the moment. We're aware of the problem so try again a bit later.

@xmichaelbisonx : Are you on contract or PAYG?

What prompted you to go to that URL you quote? My post you replied to certainly did not suggest it.

What does texting CONTENT LOCK to 150 reply?
