I tried calling 150, but I have no credit to even go through that. I also do not have a house phone. I am not sure on what to do, as it is pretty urgent that I am able to recieve texts and calls. I was wondering if there was a way to contact EE customer support for free? I tried the live chat but it isn't avaible currently.

I am not receiving any texts from any two factor related things, and people who call me apparently can't connect to my number. I have just tried texting AL to 150, but it doesn't seem to do anything.

Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.
When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

It's too late to top-up now. It'll already have gone into hibernation.
