Cant send messages with unlimited texts

Hi there, i used to use just top up but then I bought a £10 pack that includes unlimited texts, I still have 13p in the top up but also the unlimited texts but I still can't message or call people

I'm texting to America, but I was able to earlier, it might be something to do with its picking up my texts as top up and overriding my pack I have. But I don't know how to fix that

Your pack doesn't cover International calls & texts to overseas nos. You need to pay for them from your credit but you only have 13p & texts to US at standard rates cost 25p each.

International calls & texts to overseas nos. from UK can be rather expensive but EE has a add-on, free on PAYG or £2 pm on contract, that anyone, on PAYG or contract, can apply for to give these calls & texts at a fraction of the standard rates.
