- Can i use my credits to purchase a data pack?
- I have 25pounds as my credits, i want to get a new pack by using my credits. So can i do that?

@isurunbuddika92 : Yes, just text ALL PACKS to 150 & choose or text PACK20 to 150 for the £20 pack with 50 GB data.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

for that you will get 2GB for a week 8£. not even enough to get any bigger data pack as the 2GB is the biggest if you have only 25£ ;-)))) good one isnt it?

why you making up stuff?
just sent this message as wanted another sim as travel Cambridge - London twice a day
wanted to try ee
just topped up 10min ago by 20£ sent the text to 150 and the reply I got
pay £5 for 300MB for 1 week
pay £6 for 1GB for a week
pay £8 for 2GB a week
pay £40 !!! for unlimeted for 30 days
how this is true "choose or text PACK20 to 150 for the £20 pack with 50 GB data" ????? making stuff up or paid by EE;-))))))

@wemakeithappen : There are no 7-day packs. The 2GB for £8 a week is an add-on not a pack. You texted ADD DATA to 150 to get that response, not ALL PACKS.

- Accidentally purchased credit I can’t use in Pay as you go
- Cant buy packs with credit or pay by a card in Pay as you go
- I added a £10 pack but it wasn't added to the number leaving me with no credit in Pay as you go
- cant purchase pack even though i have credit in Pay as you go
- Chatbot not working in Pay as you go
