PAYG-in credit but can't buy pack!

I added £10 credit the day before my pack ran out. My balance shows £10. My pack did not  renew, as it usually does MAYBE because EE has introduced NEW packs but also screwed up the account somehow because 150 tells me I need to ADD credit to buy a pack when I HAVE the credit there already!

Texted NOW - replies that I don't have enough credit.

So texted BAL - replies with £10 in credit

OK so I texted ALL PACKS. Chose and texted PACK10. Confirmed by texting YES. Replies that I  don't have enough credit...when I do.

Update!

Although I couldn't buy the NEW £10 pack by texting 150, I have just been able to log in to my EE account online and purchase the NEW £10 pack. 

Not the best customer experience, spending a couple of hours working around this. Currently receiving text AFTER text telling me my free boosts have EACH been applied to my NEW pack/account!!! But at least I'm able to use my phone.
