The EE system is not able to accept a valid Austrian postcode when I try to pay with my credit card. Customer service cannot help.
what can I do?

To pay with a UK bank card with a non-UK registered holder's addy you will need to phone CS.

I’m having the same problem. Wasting so much time too! The option to ‘talk to someone’ is a joke. Very poor service.
