Bought a £15 sim online and received through post. Been waiting 2 days now since activating and linking to an account but still no credit recieved. AL to 150 says I have £0.00 credit.

just wondering when the credit will be applied to the phone number. I have receipt from EE for the £15 paid for the SIM card.

Did you actually buy a £15 Subscription Pack from EE as shown in link here?

https://ee.co.uk/mobile/pay-as-you-go-sim-only

If you did then the £15 credit will automatically be used to purchase the pack, meaning you will have no balance left as it's already been used to purchase the subscription pack.

This should automatically happen on activating your sim through EE or now by making a call, text or using data.

Go down the page further down past the four easy steps and to where it says Good to know, then read the drop down content for how it works etc.

Otherwise, are you having similar issues to the forum thread linked here:

Where did you buy it & how much did you pay for it?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Yep the £15 was never applied and there was no pack active on the sim. Showed no data usable until I had to buy a pack at the £13.50 online recurring payment which shows as renewing on May 7th. So I never revived the £15 I initially paid. 🤷‍♂️
