@Magnifico001 : Not clear what you are asking for.

If the phone's with Voda, you need to ask them. What's "brandy" other than a spirit?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

@Magnifico001 : Then you need to ask Voda to unlock it. Where do you think that EE comes into it?

Hi sharpener, I got exactly the same problem. I also got a Nokia 6303c. I've been sent a new SIM card just because I asked why the signal is bad in my area. got a bunch of waffle about "have a new SIM and there will be a better signal". The phone doesn't accept the new SIM and meanwhile EE have deactivated my current SIM card without warning me, leaving me - a severely disabled lady - with no access to a working phone! I tried telling EE staff that the phone says "enter restriction code" when I enter the new SIM, they refuse to believe me.

I told them to unlock the phone as it's still locked to Orange, they refuse to believe me. They think I'm making this all up and gave me a lot of abuse, leaving me in tears! When I called for the umptieth time and explained the abuse I had from EE staff, the phone agent threatened ME with termination of the call!!!

I've been left in limbo, the phone needs to get unlocked, they refuse to believe me and so they refuse to unlock it, they refuse to give me a PAC code so I could keep my number when changing network provider so I will have to change number now but change provider I will because the abuse has been horrific!
