Cannot get unlock code for old Orange locked device

I have an old Nokia that is locked to orange but when I input the imei code into the ee unlock code website, I get an error saying "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred" What do I do?

It is unlikely an old device such an old orange device can be unlocked by EE especially if it runs windows or older firmware. 

Try a third party provider or search google to establish if you can unlock it yourself.
