I am having difficulty unlocking my 4gee Alcatel Osprey.

I entered the IMEI which told me it is indeed locked, it then gave me an unlock code which directed me to a page detailing how to unlock it. At this point there is a black button saying unlock now. But that only redirects me back to the enter IMEI page I just came from. Just going round in circles with no success!

Can you try clearing your browser cookies and cache, then try again? 

If you're still having trouble unlocking, please call our Customer Service team, where a guide will be able to raise a manual unlock request for you.
