Network unlock site not working

I recently bought a Nokia N86 locked to Tmobile, i attempted multiple times to unlock it on the site https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile/settings-permissions/device-unlock 

but after inserting my IMEI get the message:  "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)." 

I cleared my cache and cookies, tried diffrent browsers and devices and I got nothing

I unfortunaly cannot contact customer support since i live abroad, any help would be greatly appretiated

It probably cannot provide a Symbian OS code on a Nokia which is so old and obsolete. Try searching online as it's likely flashing the phone will unlock it if you can still find the tools.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
