Hello,
I need to send some equipment back to EE as I am not using it, have phoned EE tech support and they told me that a returns bag has been sent but the bag has not turned up yet, phoned again and in total 3 more bags have been ordered but have not yet arrived.
Any help would be greatly appreciated so I can send the equipment back.

What equipment is it you're looking to return here, and do you know if this is still under contract?

There are a few ways to return equipment, was it definitely a bag they had arranged and not one of the other methods listed here Return and recycle your EE Broadband or EE TV products ?
