Hi I ordered the Sony headphones last year and they've stopped working. I've contacted Sony who want a proof of purchase including vat receipt. Any idea where I'd find this on my account? Or who to contact online? I can't call 150 as I'm deaf so struggle on the phone

@Lidabee16 The warranty on Sony headphones is 1 year so depending on when last year they could be out of warranty. When the headphone got delivered they also had a receipt with them. If you no longer have this then use the link by @Northerner
