Cancelling a paired watch

Is there any way other than phone I can cancel a plan? I’ve tried phoning 7 times over the last few days & can’t get through, I don’t have time to be sitting on hold for 30 minutes +

@Beetle979 , you will have to ring customer service to cancel the contract for a paired watch, there is no other way, why do you not have 30 minutes to be sitting on hold? This happens with many other companies, some have to wait even longer when wanting to speak to GP surgeries for instance.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
