Watch will not work away from phone, bit of nuisance to be fair, have spoken with customer services but to no avail, its an iphone 15, previously worked fine with iphone 12, have paired watch ok, any ideas??

What does it say in the Watch app under mobile service?

I just looked at mine, and it now says 

Well that's not right is it!

I'm wondering if the beta software has broken it.
