Watch will not work away from phone, bit of nuisance to be fair, have spoken with customer services but to no avail, its an iphone 15, previously worked fine with iphone 12, have paired watch ok, any ideas??

@eugeneocarroll Have you enabled cellular data on the watch ? Do you have an active cellular contact for the watch ? When you say doesn’t work away from the phone exactly what are you referring too ? Data ? Texts ? Calls ?

Yes it has a cellular plan, watch will work ok as long as its within bluetooth range next question, mr shouty..

Is cellular data enabled on the watch ?
