Eufy E340 video doorbell connection problem

I have recently purchased a Eufy E340 video doorbell, but can't seem to connect it to my Smart Hub SH32B.

I've tried connecting to the 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi, but it still won't connect.

Has anyone else had the same problem, and have a solution?

Thanks

@tjturpin

Can you try deleting the the Eufy app on your phone and re-download it from App store,
Then log back in >  reset doorbell  >  add new ?

@tjturpin  Is your phone/tablet connected to 2.4Ghz ?    It has to be,    Have a watch of THIS

Is your doorbell mounted yet ?   It’s best to have this with you near the router.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi Chris_B

Yes, my phone (Apple iPhone) is connected to the 2.4Ghz, but it still doesn't connect, I also have a wi-fi extender which is on the 2.4Ghz and it doesn't connect to that either. Not sure what else to try

thanks

@tjturpin : Try setting up Compatible WiFi on the router under Advanced > Wireless Settings & connect your device to that.
