EE Broadband problem

Hi, just wondering if anyone has any tips. Our cleaner accidentally turned off the socket for our router and we can't get the broadband to come back on permanently now. We have tried all the steps suggested by EE  on the "fix an EE broadband connection problem" page and the box does come back on, the light goes to turquoise, we have broadband for 5 mins and then it goes off again 😕 

We're both out at work all day tomorrow so won't get chance to ring EE until 6pm.

@Gynd With the symptom that you are describing going to link a post from closest was last week, go read the post and see if you have exactly the same! Link below, go read the other link in that post!

@Gynd   Customer services are available up to 9pm, so well worth making a call when you can.

Normally I would ask more questions, but guessing as you are going to be at work you will have no time to answer.

You could try the steps below from the Help pages, but not sure the texts will help you over a call to CS when you can.

Thank you for this. Having read the other post it does sound like it might be a similar issue as we are stuck with the green light. It only stays turquoise for a few minutes 😕 

I was hoping when we ring them they would send an engineer out but sounds like that's unlikely 😕  

Its driving the kids crazy having no Internet and we've got no doorbell camera at the moment which isn't ideal when we are going away this weekend! 😕
