Recently moved over to EE from BT broadband.
Have both EE TV box (wired) and EE TV mini box (WiFi), and am getting regular (ie multiple times a day on average) drops outs from both boxes.
Have tried powering off, rebooting etc but still seems to be an issue.
Most times loses for only few seconds, but problem is if I have something recording it just stops , and doesn’t restart recording when connection restored.
understand WiFi contention etc - but the fact that main box is wired is really puzzling me.
@DarrenDev I understand you may have experience in this area?
If anyone can suggest anything then I am all ears.

I am having exactly the same problems having switched from BT to EE (kind of wishing I hadn’t). Numerous drops per day and almost guaranteed not to be connected first thing in the morning. Can’t use WIFI anymore as so unreliable all phone users on 4/5G and have been for weeks. Not getting much help in trying to resolve. Hope you don’t mind me ‘piggybacking’ your question to see if anyone has an answer or suggestions.

Not something I have any personal experience of, but I've asked someone to take a look at both of your cases to see if there's anything obvious.

Thanks - in addition, or me it only appears to be the TV boxes that lose connection, all other devices, mobiles etc seem to maintain it.
