For the past 9 months, I have been using EE public wifi on my PS5. You connect to EE Wifi but internet will fail. You open Network > Connection Status > View Service Status > opens EE public Wifi Authentication Portal > Enter login details > You now have internet.
The last 3 days - It will not allow me to access the authentication portal. I recently renewed my broadband contract for the next 24 months. It works on my phone as normal. I am considering cancelling it because of this. I am still within the cooling off period.

Wonder if that’s the same for me then, I’ve been using EE public WiFi for the PlayStation for a while and just recently stopped working for me. Works fine on my phone and laptop too. They have recently changed the log in portal and it coincidentally stopped working the same day they changed it so maybe could be something to do with that as it’s a bit of a different process for PS5 than your phone and laptop.

@Yanmgq EE didn’t do anything. The hotspot can be from a neighbours router and they might have opted out of hotspot which means their router no longer transmit it which means you can’t go onto it.

Useless why did you guys change the login portal anyways nobody complained you guys are just making your service worse just fix this problem on the ps5 or just put it back the same way it was before there was NOO need to change whatever you guys changed
