Ordered my watch last week, the order was dispatched 6 days ago
But until now, I have not received anything from either DPD or EE, where is my order?

Thought the 150 line, I chose to call back option, it said will call back in 15mins, which is 3 hours ago.
Will head to the shop, hope the will be able to help, if not I have no idea who can help, and where my order went to

If you call back through on 150 and select option 2, this will give you steps to speak to someone, rather than arranging a callback. They will be able to check the status of your order and get you an update.
You can also visit your local EE Store, where they contact our team over the phone to check this further.

Went to the EE shop, used the on site phone to talk to the CS, he promised the watch will be with me yesterday, but until now still nothing, again.
Just hope I will get the watch before I leave for holiday, as it is a Christmas presents for my son.

You'll get a text usually the day before your deliver to let you know it's going to be delivered the net day, then another text on the day of delivery with a delivery window, If you've not received those texts yet, the phone will most likely not be with the couriers yet.
My fingers are firmly crossed that as it's the working week, you'll get a text soon.
