Hi, I order a Iphone 18 pro max burgandy 256gb on October 1st, i have had my order confirmation and access to tracking but it currently still says awaiting dispatch. Does EE know when they are expecteding a delivery from apple to be able to dispatch these ?

Hi, How can that be, i ordered the same phone on 01/10 and it said more than 28 days, So how can someone order the same phone a day after me but have it 1-3 days ?

Which storage version of the iPhone 18 Pro Max did you go for here, and was it in Burgundy too?

We always fulfill orders on a first come, first served basis, so if later orders are being fulfilled before yours, it would either be a different handset variant, or there would be an issue with your order.

Looking at the order history, stock guidance while placing any orders for an iPhone 18 Pro Max 256GB Burgundy on the 1st October was: "Available to order- Expect to be despatch over 28 days"

Which means we are waiting to receive stock from the manufacturer so we can ship this out as soon as possible. 
You can continue to track your order on our Track Your Order page.

If you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.
