iPhone 18 Pro Max delayed

I chose to buy a SIM free iPhone 18 Pro Max Silver 256GB from EE specifically because the checkout explicitly promised 1 day delivery and I paid the £9.99 premium for it. Now I’m told it’s delayed, I would have just ordered from Apple themselves or else where if i knew this would happen.

The page to buy the phone still shows £9.99 for next day delivery...

I don't have a mobile contract with EE so I can't access certain features within the EE app so currently I'm pretty irritated and confused on what to do.

Any help with this issue would be appreciated.

Welcome to the community and thanks for ordering.

I've checked the SIM free iPhone 18 Pro Max Silver 256GB and it's showing 'usually dispatched within 28 days' at the moment. If it wasn't in stock when you ordered, I'm not sure why it would offer £9.99 for next day delivery. The best advice I can give is to speak with our customer support team to see if they can check the order for you.

Hi yes it said it was in stock when i ordered it and said dispatched within 1 day if I payed the extra so im not sure whats going on lol, I'll have to give then a call later when I have time
