Iphone 18 promax burgundy 256

I recently ordered this phone, got a deposit taken, got an order number and a follow up saying more documents are here text. On following the link there was nothing to look at, plus I cannot see my order on my profile. I am assuming this is due to lack of stock etc?

Welcome to the EE Community

The delivery timescale guidance would depend on the date you placed your order, but currently the oldest back order for that model is from 14th Sep. If you have an order number you can try to track it using the order tracker. But once it is dispatched you would get the actual delivery tracking sent out via text.

Your documents can usually be found in the Manage>Mobile and SIMs> Your documents part of the website or app, is that where you had looked after the text? Might have been sent prematurely if your actual agreement has not started yet with the order waiting to be fulfilled.

I have that same text message. I press it and nothing comes up. There’s also nothing on my EE app about me buying the phone. I rang ee and they said there’s a 28 day backup for the 256gb burgundy iPhone because everyone wants it. Apparently once it’s been dispatched everything will come up

Yeah I did much the same, still cannot find the documents they mentioned in the text.
