Ordered my watch last week, the order was dispatched 6 days ago
But until now, I have not received anything from either DPD or EE, where is my order?

@arhugh Did you receive a tracking number? Did you receive a text/email from DPD stating they had your item and it was due for delivery?

I have a track number from EE, it says dispatched, then nothing else, nothing from DPD

Instal the DPD app, put in the tracking no given, what does it say?

@arhugh Does that tracking number start with a XKO or XKN ? Because if it does that’s an order number. You get a tracking number once a device is allocated to you. And DPD will definitely notify you that they have an item for you. And has EE notified you it’s been dispatched?

I use this to track on EE's site, it said dispatched. Does it normally take this long?

It says details incorrect, I think it is not track no for DPD

Left my number and hour ago, it said will call back in 15mins.
Anyway, will it be faster if I go to a EE shop to sort that out?

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received a call back yet.
How did you arrange this call back?
If your order number starts with xko, the EE store wouldn't be able to check the order as it is a web order, but they would be able to contact our Guides over the phone for you.
