I haven't received my order, I also haven't had any messages or recent emails about status. I've also tried tracking order but just says I've timed out all the time

If you've placed an order online, you can expect an email confirmation to arrive within 24 hours. This will detail the deal you've chosen along with any updates. It sounds like you've received this if you have information to try and track the order, which would indicate things have been successful.

I have still not received anything yet.
I placed my order on the 4th November, for a I-phone 14, 125gb, colour midnight. I've even checked my spam mail and nothing. No messages or emails. Got an email on the 4th when I placed order saying we have your order.
