Last week, I ordered a phone and received an email saying thank you for your order, since then I’ve received nothing, I’m stuck waiting for a phone that might or might not even be delivered. What do I do?

These are showing as in stock currently and are expected to be dispatched within 1 day @Liam09 

As you have no further updates about your order, you'd need to speak with our sales team directly on 0800 079 8586. They'll be able to give you information about what's happening.

I'm disappointed to hear that you don't have any updates about your new phone yet. 

Do you have the DPD app, and do any updates show there?
What phone have you ordered? We can then check the stock updates for you.
Have you spoken with our team to double check your order has been successful?

I don’t have the app, but I also don’t have a tracking order either. I ordered the iPhone 16 pro max with 256gb storage, any time I try to deal with it, I just get looped back to the start.

The DPD app uses your contact number and address, so there's no need for any tracking numbers. DPD will supply a tracking number once they have your parcel though. However, the DPD app will supply all updates to make things easier. 

What colour did you go for, please? 

Are you getting looped around when trying to call us?

I’ve downloaded the app and set it up, there is nothing about a parcel on there though. I believe I went for the black titanium.  Due to personal reasons, I am unable to call.
