where is my order

ordered a nintendo switch last week, called EE to chase it up multiple times and DPD as i received no notifications about despatch or delivery ect. EE informed me DPD had this down as delivered, this was signed for but whoever signed it spelled my name wrong and took a photo of the parcel on my doorstep - whilst I was at work for another 3 hours after this 'delivery' was made. i returned home to no parcel unaware any delivery had been attempted until i called EE a couple of days later and they informed me of the above details. in the confirmation email, it states i would need to provide proof or purchase and ID to accept the signed for delivery, how was this delivery attempted without any update to myself that it had been depsatched, and delviered when i wasn't even home. i called EE yesterday, they told me a replacement would be sent out. as of yet again i have had no email or text with any updates or tracking information, i do not know if my parcel has been dispatched or when it is being delivered. can someone help me? where can i find the tracking number?
