Not received phone

I upgraded my phone Monday evening. I have had texts from 150 to say my new contract has started but not actually received the new phone. Tried to track with tracking number, but saying tracking not available. Tried calling 150 to query but can’t seem to find options to press to match this query. Can anyone help please?
