purchased a sim card but no delivery since 9 days

Hi, I completed a purchase of new sim on 27th of October and since then I've been waiting for its delivery. I am trying to text you via the app and also calling the EE customer service but I could not reach to a solution yet. Could you please help me?

Hi @gurselfirat12 It's great news to hear that you've purchased a new sim, It does sound like you've been waiting longer that I'd expect you to for the sim to arrive.

We don't have access to accounts here in the Community, but if you speak to one of our guides, they'll be able to help.

You can dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other device.

You can chat to a guide via your My EE account, if you log into your account your My EE account, then select 'Help' on the tab at the bottom, you will then see the option to message us.

If you pop into one of our stores, a store guide can issue a sim there and then for you.
