It sounds like your order isn't completing for some reason, especially after you've tried three times already. What reference number are you trying to add alongside your order? 

That's a good shout from @Chris_B to see if the team has sent an email, but it's managed to head into your spam folder. 

If you've had no order confirmation, and being timed out like this, I would suggest speaking with our team directly so they can help further.

im exactly the same I've ordered 3 times and recieved nothing back and everytime I put the referance number in im timed out!!!

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
