Hello, 

I ordered  a phone on Saturday, and on tracking it is down as awaiting dispatch. however, DPD have tried to deliver this twice on Monday and on Tuesday and now down as requested to return to consigner. im concerned as I never received any dispatch info.  I never received any text messages from DPD advising of a ETA, and I have had no tracking information. the only reason i know is the sorry we missed you cards when I came home from work and the tracking info via them. 

 

What can I do to get this phone? Thanks.
