Ordered a Silver iPhone 17 pro 256gb on 26th December and still yet to receive an update. All I have received is the initial confirmation email and had nothing at all since but the website said dispatch within 7 days. Just wondering if there is any update on how much longer it will take?

@Lylaw1  You need to call customer support as this should have been dispatched by now.  I wouldn’t be surprised if the order actually didn’t go through. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you!! However quite concerning when the £30 upfront payment has been taken

Join the club, selling you phones they don't even have in stock, no idea what happens with my next phone bill as I've just paid mine off, started the new phone contract but no phone to be seen.

Pointless asking, they'll just tell you to speak to CS on 150, no humans to speak to on 150, just run in circles around the same options pushing numbers until you're back at the start.

Ordered the exact same one but on the 28th of December and got my confirmation the day after but I am still waiting just like you.. very disappointing

Just spoke with EE and they said it’s just a matter of waiting for stock to arrive and mine should be getting delivered on Mon/Tue so hopefully not much longer for yours either !
