iPhone 17 Pro Max delivery date

Why am I still waiting for my order?!  Why do EE not keep people informed?  I ordered on 25th September still no idea of when it will arrive.  If there’s an extended delay then tell your customers!  Keep people informed it’s really not much to ask?  Give me the option to cancel the order and go elsewhere 😫

Hi, I placed my order 28th October and was told a 3 week wait which was fine, a customer service agent told me a few days ago I would have my device by Sunday however I’ve now been told it’s another 2 week wait which would mean a month wait not 3 weeks. Has anyone ordered around my time had their device yet or had similar experience?

Exactly same, i ordered on 13/10 and still not arrived keep being told next week and never get any updates. Also my partner who ordered same phone was meant to have his phone delivered on 30/10 he took in a parcel from DPD and when opened it the box was empty, the outer package didn't look tampered with so my thoughts is that someone in EE warehouse has tampered with box as the phone box security tabs arnt smooth and look like they have been pulled back and then resealed to make it look like box was unopened. EE have now closed this complaint saying evidence we took in parcel and have made no effort to evidence any kind of formal investogation we are now seeking legal advice and written to watch dog and national press. Please do not open parcel indoors, open in front of delivery driver and film whole thing as i have since read this keeps happening with new model phones.

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Cosmic Orange, stock guidance while placing the orders between the 1st and 27th October was - "Available to order (Expect despatch in more than 28 days)"

We are waiting to receive stock from the supplier so we can ship this out as soon as possible. We've currently fulfilled orders up to 12th October.

If you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.

The timescale for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 512GB in Cosmic Orange was more than 28 days when you placed your order. 

It is currently showing as 21 days for any orders placed now, but when stock does arrive we are sending them out on a first come first served basis, so you may not be waiting as long as that.

Once stock is available for your order, you'll get a text or email, or a notification in the DPD app if you have that to let you know it is on the way.

Once it is on the way, you'll get a text or email, or notification in the DPD app if you have that, letting you know when it'll be delivered.
