Why am I still waiting for my order?!  Why do EE not keep people informed?  I ordered on 25th September still no idea of when it will arrive.  If there’s an extended delay then tell your customers!  Keep people informed it’s really not much to ask?  Give me the option to cancel the order and go elsewhere 😫

Hi there i ordered the iphone 17 pro max in cosmic orange at 256gb yesterday 26/11/25 does anyone know how long before dispatch please as its showing as dispatched on the app but i havent recieved anything from dpd?

Stock guidance while placing the order yesterday for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Cosmic Orange was - "Available to order (Expect despatch within 21 days"

You can track your order on our Track Your Order page. DPP will send a message the night before shipping. 
It's worth downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.
