Why am I still waiting for my order?!  Why do EE not keep people informed?  I ordered on 25th September still no idea of when it will arrive.  If there’s an extended delay then tell your customers!  Keep people informed it’s really not much to ask?  Give me the option to cancel the order and go elsewhere 😫

Why not read about others, that are still waiting for theirs, when they have ordered before you, this is down to the popularity of the phone and down to Apple not producing enough and sending enough out, you will have to be a bit more patient, unless one of the community staff can give you a rough idea, you will have to ring customer service.

What IPhone, colour and storage size did you order?

We have no access to accounts and do not know who you are, this is a public forum.

All iPhone Pro Max versions ordered on the 8th Oct had a delivery guidance of being "Available to order- Expect despatch more than 28 days". 

As you have your order confirmed as processed and the order number, the next update you'll receive will be when your stock has arrived to us and ready to be shipped to you. 

You can keep an eye on the tracking page. I'd also recommend downloading the DPD app so you receive detailed notifications.

The tracking says order confirmed.  I’m impatient because I need the phone for my work, I’m aware I sound entitled and petulant- I should have explained in my first post.  With the 28th day fast approaching and no order delay courtesy email in sight I feel let down by EE  selling a product that is clearly not available to buy.  

Don’t keep misleading the customer by sending ‘Good News your order is on track’ emails every week because clearly it is not on track!

I ordered mine on the 21.09.2025 and still no delivery time, just the updates each week that my order is on track. Waited over 28 days, had a text saying where sorry you have no received your phone yet and other information on a Apologie level, but nothing with a time frame, estimated date! And my bill each month is sky high because I havnt received my phone and my new contract will come into action only when I receive it. So not only is my phone delayed now over 28days time frame, my current plan is out of contract leaving me £40+ in debt each month untill my phone gets here. I ordered the iPhone 17 pro max in silver 256gb.

Devices are delivered on a first come first serve basis, it also depends on how many Apple deliver to the network, you will not be charged until your phone is dispatched and that is also when your payment will change to reflect the monthly amount you are paying.

are correct I ordered a pro max 256gb dark blue it’s over 30 days now still no update says awaiting confirmation 

Very frustrating, just didn't expect it to go over the 28-day mark. I'm hoping that it will be with me within the next 2 weeks. But not building my hopes up. The main problem is the bill each month. Wouldn't of minded waiting if my bill hadn't increased monthly.
