Hi I just got this update on my order for the iPhone 16 pro max was wondering if this means I’ll be receiving my new phone sooner rather than later

Got the phone Friday 11th of October, definitely an upgrade from the 14 plus everything just runs a lot smoother, but I will enjoy thank you, as like your self most of my family are not a fan of iPhones😂😁

It was saying despatched the next day after I ordered. So basically the 5th of October..

If you placed your order with us on 04/10/24, the stock guidance at this time was to expect dispatch within more than 28 days from the information I have here.

Can you see anything within the DPD app about this order/delivery taking place? 

If you haven't had any delivery information from DPD, then I'd suggest calling us to check your order in further detail.
