Does call back ever work?

Tried to call. No response after 45 mins EE disconnected the call.
Tried to use the online options. Go around literally… in circles.

Not a commonly asked question, so no answer online.

Asked for call back multiple times. Never received one

What is your question?

We are still awaiting a call back. We wish to cancel an order as EE have no stock and we wish to purchase the item elsewhere.
There is no cancellation option. We cannot get through to an operator. We get disconnected.
How can we cancel without any options?

I am sorry you have not yet received a call back. 

Have you tried selecting option 2 to go through our automated service to connect to an agent?

Option 2 initially, is when you want to select a home issue such as broadband or a phone issue or a tech issue.
At what point do you select option 2. Non have provided an option as you have suggested.
