When you order more than one sim, the sim's may turn up at different times.
It's unlikely that there will be much time difference between the sim's being delivered, so the second sim will most likely get delivered today.
If you'd like to get some peace of mind, I'd recommend giving one of our service guides a call, then they can take a look into your account and give you an update.
To speak with our service team, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other device.
