Hello! I started a new contract on a Samsung galaxy 7 watch, my Id is out of date so could not collect from EE store, I haven't seen any updates on it being returned to EE via DPD and it's been over a week, can someone please help?

If you're unable to collect the order from the store, this will be returned and the order cancelled.
To get an update on when the order will be returned or if this has been sent back now, please get in touch with the store and they will check this for you,

@iTZzTOoEPiC . The store will hold it for so long before it’s returned it’s not returned straight the way as it has to go down as a failure to collect before it’s returned.

Have you told the store you didn't want it and therefore wanted to cancel?

They said to me that DPD will collect the following day as I can't collect it as all my identification is out of date, I phoned EE and it looks like I'll have to physically go to the store as they're not answering 😭 thanks for everyone's help!

How long do they hold it for usually? I went to the store and they said they can't find it so DPD must've picked it up, this was last Wednesday and I haven't heard anything since, the tracking keeps saying it's been delivered to the store.. cheers!

Yes they're aware I cannot collect it due to having out of date ID, they've done the returns form apparently I went there last Wednesday and haven't heard anything since, and I'm nearly at my 14 day cooling off period with no watch 😞
