Hi I just got this update on my order for the iPhone 16 pro max was wondering if this means I’ll be receiving my new phone sooner rather than later

Hello @Howden96 

That means it should be on the way to you soon.  You will get a text when it's been dispatched.

You will receive a text the evening before delivery and another one with a one hour delivery on the day.  You will need the Pin code which you need to give the driver.

Download the DPD app and create an account with the same email address that you use with EE.

You should see that if you have a parcel from EE and also the pin code that you have to give to the driver.

Hi I ordered the iPhone 16 pro max desert titanium 256gb on 20-09-2024 and only update I received  a few days ago is this and wanting to know if this possibly means I’ll be receiving my phone soon. Thanks in advance

Welcome to the EE Community

Looking at the stock details, I can see any iPhone 16 Pro Max 5G 256GB Desert Titanium that were ordered on the 20th September had an expected dispatched of over 28 days, while we wait confirmation of stock from the manufacturer. 


If you haven't done so already I would strongly recommend downloading the DPD app and as soon as this has been dispatched you will be notified with the tracking details.

Thank you for the response will keep an eye on DPD as was told on the phone on the 20-09-2024 it’ll be dispatched between 21 days and 28 days but here’s hoping it comes sooner rather than later
