iPhone 15 Pro Max - Delivery Timescales

Hi, 

I ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max (White 256G) back on the 25th of September and as of yet apart from the order confirmation email, there has been no tracking update… just the “Sorry, we can’t show your order details right now”. 

Given that it has been more than the 28 days since I placed the order, are there any availability updates on these units and expected delivery dates?

Hi, 

Exact same thing for me, ordered on the same day as you, also the same colour, I haven’t had any updates other than a weekly “your order is coming soon”. 

The only update I got so far is being told on the chat that I should receive my device within 7-8 working days (I’ll attach a screenshot of it) so…fingers crossed it’s true 🤞🏻 

Hopefully we won’t be waiting much longer for the White versions.

I don’t think we can tell you exactly when your order will be delivered. Keep checking your DPD app, and also check the spreadsheet. Sadly it doesn’t matter how upset you get ee won’t do anything. Also theirs no point for you cancel and re-order because you waited more than 28 days. I hope you will receive your phone soon

As soon as there is an update regarding your order you will be notified. 

At this moment all we can see here on the community is current delivery timescales which are more than 28 days.

So, I’ve just had another conversation via the EE chat and apparently now the waiting time for my device (Pro Max White) another 28 DAYS. 

This is becoming beyond a joke, not sure why EE is handling this so poorly, a simple up to date estimated arrival would’ve helped!

So I called the customer services team and it was a waste of time.

They have no idea when the white versions will be available and just keep saying up to 28 days, even though the first 28 days have come and gone. It seems obvious when they have no idea, EE just state timescales in blocks of 28 days. I appreciate the supply issues, I just get fed up with absolutely no updates.
