I ordered my phone at the Exeter store on Monday and it arrived on Tuesday. It is a Pro Maxz 15 with 1TB of storage.My plan is 125GB of data with Apple One for an extra £5 a month..
The problem I'm having is getting Apple One to start. I have been given two links by Support but when I use them I get the message that my phone number is not verified!
Two calls to Support and one to Technical has not resolved this yet.
Has anyone else run into this problem? Has anyone had problems with activating Apple One?

Problem solved. Tech Level 2 had to remove Apple Music first from my Apple account and then Apple One was able to be activated.

Do you have Apple One showing in your EE app add-ons?
Have you transferred your number from another network or did you upgrade?

Yes, Apple One shows as an Inclusive Extra.
I had an iPhone 12 Pro Max and I got rid of it. I used a Nokia 105 for a week or so awaiting my iPhone 15 Pro Max to arrive.
Do you think using the Nokia phone has messed things up?
It says my number cannot be verified so I never get the text to activate Apple One.

This issue has been escalated to Technical Level 2.
