Wrong number for the pin code

Yep, another one. Wrong number placed on order, couldn't get the pin. Courier went off with the package. Can't even speak with a human, only EE bots. What happened to ID on delivery? When you introduce a system make sure it works! Ridiculous

Sorry to hear about the problem with your delivery. Have you tried calling our Mobile Care team or messaging through the EE App?

I tried to speak to someone but instead got stuck being sent from category to category in visual service. I don’t have time to play with systems when it’s not me who’s at fault.

Have you managed to get through to speak to someone? Did you try both calling and messaging through the app?
