No delivery date or proper tracking available

Hi Guys

I ordered a new phone (iPhone 16 Pro 256gb in Black) on Monday and selected next day delivery. I've had an email confirming my order number and direct debit instructions but have since had no contact. When I try to track online it just says that it's dispatched, no possible delivery date or dpd tracking number. Could someone help please?

Welcome to the community,

Once DPD are ready to deliver, you will receive notification by the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
