The EE website now says the iPhone 14 pro max are all in stock and should be dispatched within 1 day? Does this mean we will be getting our orders soon?

iPhone 14 pro max space black 128gb. I know there is a delay but can’t get a clear answer from them. The transcripts I have is all different. According to one I should have it yesterday.

The estimated dispatch for that model is 14 days, @Lewisc1589.

That should be from the point you ordered though.

So I ordered it on the 31st it did state when ordering 14 dispatch but the guy on live chat said 14/15 days from yesterday. Is he getting it wrong or is there more delays do you think.

Hi Lewis, I think they just say that to everyone. They said to me on the 2nd it will be 14 days from now.

I ordered a black 512gb on 5th Nov to be told now twice, once by the salesman who I did the upgrade with and an agent on the chart that Mr delivery date was Tuesday 15th. Knowing this I booked my flights for Europe for 16th I'm going away for 6 months and I literally booked the flight around the new phone arriving. That date is tomorrow and I've not even had a notification from DPD and I'm on their app so normally get one the day before. Rang up today to be told there's more delay will give you 10 pounds as compensation 😂😂😂😂

I said how about this instead,

How about I pull my account, my wife's account both my kids accounts and all 23 business accounts that I have with the business. See how they like being let down.

Been with orange/we since 1994 and I've never missed a bill, this is the worst service I've ever had.

Ah well time to move on
